Spacious and cozy lodge with lovely furnishings. The log burner was a great feature and provided a warm welcome. The owners were thoughtful and provided bread, milk, and biscuits in the fridge. The location was perfect, with beautiful forest walks right on our doorstep. We also enjoyed the horse ride through the woods, organized by the owners. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There was a problem with the glass door on the log burner which broke soon after our arrival, so we couldn't use it for the rest of our stay. However, the owners quickly provided a gas burner as a replacement.
